Board of Directors Approved a 5% Assessment Increase

Interested in the inner workings of how Dobson Ranch operates? Master Planning Committee reviews reserve study projects and capital improvements. They research and recommend to the Board on all common areas, including parks, facilities, swimming pools, and recreation areas.

Splash Pad Closed for repairs Oct. 8
The Dobson Ranch Splash Pad at La Casita Recreation Center will close for warranty repairs on October 8. It will most likely continue through the end of the week.
