Submit an Architectural Application

Any new Architectural Applications as of September 1st, 2024, please use the City Property Homeowner Portal.

Instructions: Log into your homeowner portal. Then, in the left hand column, look for a MY COMPLIANCE section to submit an architectural request. 

If you currently have any architectural requests in process, please continue to use the HOA Life platform.

 If you have received a violation, please use the Compliance Connection platform.

Exterior Paint Colors & Brands

Homeowners are reminded that any exterior change to the residence–any improvement, addition or alteration–must be first approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Preferred paint colors are available in the administration office or in the Paint Company links below. The application for Architectural Review will need to be filled out in the Homeowners Portal, submitted and approved prior to painting.

Helpful Hints: If you download the Home Depot Project Color App, you can take a photo of any space of your home and paint it with the color of your choice to see what it would look like prior to painting including the exterior of your home. Visit www.homedepot.com.

Note: The paint samples available are from the above listed brands, but any brand paint may be used as long as it matches the preferred colors.
